If there is a problem with your Ecirette 510 electronic cigarette and you believe it is a manufacturer defect you need to post the product to our company:

Please send in the return envelope your invoice or your name and address. We don't ship any replacement products without first examining the malfunctioning product. We will examine the defect and make sure the product has not been damaged by the user. If the product was originaly defective we will replace it within 30 days of your purchase date. The replacement will be posted to you for FREE. Money back available by request after examination. This is our standard procedure for replacing defective product.
